Founder & Big Cone-huna
Jan's background includes working in all aspects of a raw restaurant. There she adored experimenting with new "cheesecake" flavours and other desserts. She fell in love too with delicious, fresh dishes, and the vibrant colours and flavours. She found out healthy could be amazing.
As for her love of ice cream, it started started young – her first after-school job was at "Miss Robin's Ice Cream Parlour." Since then she's kept up her sweet tooth, but found how to marry decadence and health.
With a varied background and experience at young businesses, she's excited now to follow her vision.
Designer & Photoshopoholic
Gord has had a lifelong relationship with ice cream as an admirer and ravenous consumer.
We think it's helped him take the essence of Jananas and put it into design.
Even so, he knows enough to stay out of the kitchen, ensuring Jananas will produce top-drawer, amazing frozen desserts!
